Members, partners, and friends,

I hope all is going well for everyone. I’m excited to give you an update, as USVBA is doing very well and we believe we are starting to see a light at the end of the tunnel of the battle against COVID-19. We’ve tentatively scheduled Keeping The Promise for May 19-21 of 2021 in San Diego. That date should give us enough time to get beyond the pandemic and allow us to put together a really solid event.

If you have seen the website recently, you’ve may have noticed that we are making some real progress, and more is just around the corner. We’ve announced a partnership with Freedom Makers, a virtual assistance company that hires military spouses, which gives our members a significant discount on their services.

This month we’re co-hosting our Zoom meeting with University of Southern California and we’ll be talking about two separate topics. First, how our members can get integrated into their supply chain and their renewed emphasis on working with veteran owned businesses. Second, they will be talking about their virtual executive seminar that provides very relevant information for small business owners on everything from profit and loss statements to venture capital. If you are available, I highly recommend joining us.

We’ll have more for you next month, but in the meantime, stay safe and well.

Sincerely,

Daniel Connor
USVBA President
