The Regional Contracting Office, Hawaii (RCO-HI) at Marine Corps Base Hawaii, Kaneohe Bay (MCBH-Kaneohe Bay) is currently conducting preliminary planning market research to determine the existence of viable commercial sources capable of providing Air Conditioning (A/C) Preventative Maintenance as listed below to the Air Traffic Control Maintenance Department, Marine Corps Air Station.
The Government intends to use the information received from this combined Request for Information (RFI) and Sources Sought pre-solicitation notice, to determine the availability of the required product. See description below:

Description: A/C Preventative Maintenance
Preventative service visits shall be completed the first week of each month for the following units:
(4) Bard 5 Ton Package Wall mount A/C units,
(1) 36k BTU Mitsubishi Mini-Split A/C unit and
(1) Snowbird Package A/C unit (8x4x2)
Unit of Issue: Months
Period of Performance: Anticipated Base Year:01 June 2021 – 31 May 2022
Aniticpated Option Years (4): 01 June 2022 – 31 May 2026
