The General Services Administration (GSA) Southeast Sunbelt Region 4 announces the opportunity for a Request for Design-Build Services of a Design Build General Construction for the SSA 20th Floor at the Sam Nunn AFC located at 100 Alabama Street, Atlanta, Georgia.

This procurement will be for a HUBZone Set Aside.  The estimated project magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 236220 – Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a Small Business Administration size standard of $36.5 Million. The Period of Performance for this Project is 210 Calendar Days. This project is to be awarded as a firm fixed price contract.  The procurement method will be a competitive Request for Proposal (RFP). Award will be made to a firm offering the best value to the Government utilizing the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection procedures.

The Request for Proposal is expected to be issued on or about February 26, 2021. A site-visit date and the offer due date will be stated in the solicitation.
