The objective of this market research is to determine the capability of prospective contractors whom can perform the agency’s requirements; moreover, determine if small business concerns have the capacity and capability to perform the requirement for Local Guard Services for U.S Mission Ljubljana.  For this requirement, a Time and Material/ Labor Hour contract with one (1) base and four (4) option periods shall be contemplated.
