NOT A SOLICITATION FOR QUOTATIONS AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS. The type of solicitation to issue will depend upon the responses to this synopsis. No reimbursement will be made by the Government for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow up information
requests. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities and
qualifications of various members of 8(a), HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned
Small Business (SDVOSB), Women Owned Small Business (WOSB), and Economically
Disadvantaged Women Owned Small Business (EDWOSB) to compete and perform a Firm
Fixed Price Purchase Order. The type of solicitation to be issued will depend upon the
responses to this sources sought synopsis.

The National Park Service, Lake Mead National Recreation Area seeks the capability of small business vendors to perform the complete and total maintenance, warranty, and support of the WestTel International NG9-1-1 system, including hardware and software, for any reason other than malicious vandalism or an Act of God / Force Majeure. The service and maintenance warranty must include: 1) Replacement of all hardware components as needed; 2) WestTel software releases supplied in accordance with adopted i3/NG9-1-1 standards and guidance. See attached SOW.

The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this sources sought is 511210. The Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS code is $41.5 million in average annual receipts. Interested companies responding to this sources sought should include the following information: 1.
