The US General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease a minimum of 5,837 usable square feet of office and 23 surface parking spaces. The space will consist of class A office space, conference room, 100 square feet of special vault space, and 300 Square feet of warehouse/garage space in which equipment may be stored or for minor vehicle repairs.
The 23 parking spaces are preferred to be on site, but located no more than 1 walking block from the offered space if parking is not available on site. Site shall be monitored by a video camera security system. All space must be windowed and contiguous on the first floor.
Offered space shall be in a building, within the delineated area the present city Limits of Rapid City, SD.
Buildings on the Historic Register, eligible for the Historic Register, or within a Historic district within the delineated area are encouraged to offer.
The site SHALL NOT be located in the either the 100 year or 500 year floodplain.
All services, supplies, utilities, and required tenant improvements are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Other agency specific requirements are 24/7 access.
The site shall have easy and safe ingress and egress for motor vehicles.
In addition, the BIA requirement would be most preferred to be located in areas which are zoned as Industrial and/or commercial in which those are not within c lose proximity (less than ¼ mile) to residential, schools, community centers or other similar facilities of social gathering.
